Financing Your
Home Improvement project

with SHILA - Sustainable Home Improvement Loans of Arizona

Own a home in Arizona? That's the main requirement. No minimum credit score or home equity needed — we review every application individually.

💡 Tip: Including a co-borrower on your application can increase your chances of approval. A co-borrower's income and financial history are both considered in the review process.
